My dog Nash is the greatest .He's a West Highland White Terrier (Westie). He is 16 years old, blind, deaf, and diabetic. His breed of dog was originally made to tunnel to hunt small animals. He has a great vocabulary.By great vocabulary I mean he can understand a lot of words. For example-"walk", which we try not to say too loud in the house.
Sometimes I wonder how he gets around our house. He's constantly bumping into things but still knows how to navigate the house fairly well. He's a loving dog that likes to cuddle, play, and get dirty. He's great dog and a great friend.
He can't be TOO deaf if he can understand "walk!" I hope he gets lots of them!
